Özet

Bu öğretmenin katkılanması ilköğretim okulu yöneticileri ilköğretim okulu öğretmenleri ve öğrenci velileri belirlemektir. Araştırmanın uygulaması, genel tarama modeli mevcuttur. Çalışma 2006–2007 öğretim yılı bahar dönemi yapılmış. Araştırmanın örneklemi “tabakalı örnekleme” ile 315 öğretmen ve 385 öğrenci velisi olarak. Elde edilen ürüne SPSS 11.5 programı ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucuna Denizli ili merkezindeki ilköğretim okulu öğretmenlerinin ve öğrenci velilerinin görüşlerine göre ilköğretim okulu yöneticileri “eğitim çalışmaları yapmak” "ve" veli izleme "kategorileride" orta " düzeydedir.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to clarify opinions of parents and primary school teachers as to primary school administrators’ attracting parents to school. During the study which was performed in the spring semester of 2006-2007 at primary schools, the method of “descriptive screening” was used. The sampling of the study was determined as 315 teachers and 385 parents through “stratified sampling” method. The data which had been collected was analyzed with the programme of SPSS 11.5. According result of the study, the success of primary school administrators in making the school attractive to parents to contribute the education process is in “midlevel” in categories of “school applications” and “attendance of parents” within Denizli city center.
