ÜSTÜN YETENEKLİ ÖĞRENCİLERİN SANAT ALANINDA DEĞERLENDİRMESİNDE DÜNYA GENELİNDE KULLANILAN YÖNTEMLER

Özet

Üstün yetenekli öğrenci denilince ilk akla gelebilecek tanımlardan biri “belli alanlarda yaşıtlarından daha üstün başarı performansı sergileyen, çoğul düşünebilen öğrenci” olmaktadır. Üstün yetenekli öğrenciler; geniş bir ilgi alanına sahip, hızlı öğrenen, sözel ve sayısal yetenekleri yüksek ve yaratıcı bireyler olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Sanat alanında yapılan değerlendirmelerde öğrencilerin şekil-uzay yeteneği, göz-el koordinasyonu, perspektif ve biçim algısından öte sanatsal yaratıcılığı son derece önemlidir. Bu noktada sanatsal alanda değerlendirmenin temelinde “yaratıcılık” bulunmaktadır. Yöntem olarak kapsamlı bir doküman incelemesi kullanılan bu çalışmanın amacı; dünya genelinde üstün yetenekli öğrencilerin yaratıcılıklarının tanılanması için kullanılan yöntemlerin ele alınmasıdır.

Abstract

Gifted student is mainly considered as a student whose performance is higher than his/her peers and have the plural thinking ability in specific areas. Gifted students are identified as quick learners, having a great amount of interest areas, creative individuals with higher verbal and numeric skills than his/her peers. According to evaluations which were made in the field of art, the students' artistic creativity is much more important than their ability to comprehend image-space, the coordination between eye-hand and sense of perspective-shape. In that sense, the creativity constitutes the base of the artistic evaluation. In this project in which document review has been used as method, it is aimed to search the methods all over the world which are used to find out the gifted student.
