Özet
Bu çalışmada farklı fotoperiyot uygulamalarının Karadeniz pisi balığı (Platichthys flesus luscus Pallas, 1814) yumurtalarının açılım oranı ve prelarva deformasyonu üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Çalışma, saat birimi üzerinden (Aydınlık: A; Karanlık: K) 0A:24K, 4A:20K, 8A:16K, 12A:12K, 16A:8K, 20A:4K, 24A:0K düzenindeki fotoperiyotlarda yürütülmüştür.
Abstract
In this study, the effect of different photoperiod applications (Bright: B, Dark: D; 0B:24D, 4B:20D, 8B:16D, 12B:12D, 16B:8D, 20B:4D, 24B:0D) on hatching rate of eggs and prelarvae deformation of Black Sea flounder (Platichthys flesus luscus Pallas, 1814) were investigated. Hatching rates were the lowest (53.4% ± 1.85) in the group of 4B:20D and the highest (69,6%±2,16) in the group of 12B:12D. Deformation rates of prelarvae were the lowest (2,1%±0,05 ) in the group of 4B:20D and the highest (4,7%±0,45) in the group of 16B:8D. But, photoperiod was not effect on hatching rate of eggs and prelarvae deformation rate. And also there was no relationship between hatching rate of eggs and prelarvae deformation rate (p>0,05). Consequently, different photoperiods can be applied but suggested the photoperiod of 12B:12D in the egg incubation of Black Sea flounder
