Özet

Tekrarlanan ölçümlerde erişkin hastalar için KB ≥ 140 mmHg ve/ veya diyastolik KB ≥90 mmHg olması hipertansiyon olarak kabul edilmektedir(1). Hipertansiyonun yol açtığı komplikasyonlar intraoperatif ve postoperatif sıkıntıları artırmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumununda hipertansiyonun yol açabileceği ciddi komplikasyonlara dikkati çekmek istedik.

Abstract

For adult patients, BP ≥ 140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥ 90 mmHg in repeated measurements is considered hypertension(1). Complications caused by hypertension increase intraoperative and postoperative difficulties. In this case report, we wanted to present the case to draw attention to the serious complications that hypertension can cause.
