ANADOLU ÖĞRETMEN LİSESİ ÖĞRENCİLERİN ÖĞRETMENLİĞE YÖNELİK TUTUMLARI VE MESLEK SEÇİMİNİ ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLER ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Özet

Bu araştırma; Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi Öğrencilerin Öğretmenliğe Yönelik Tutumları Ve Meslek Seçimini Etkileyen Faktörler Arasındaki İlişkiyi ortaya koymak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Amaç doğrultusunda konu ile ilgili olarak Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi Öğrencilerine anket uygulanmıştır. Öğrencilere öğretmenlik mesleki tutum ölçeği ve kariyer eğilimlerini etkileyen etmenler ölçeği uygulanmıştır.Araştırmada eğitim, güvenlik ve güç ile ilgili meslek seçimini etkileyen faktörün öğretmenliğe yönelik tutumu arttırdığı, başarma ile ilgili meslek seçimini etkileyen faktörün öğretmenliğe yönelik tutumu azalttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract

This study is aimed to find the relationship among the Anatolian Teacher High School students’ attitudes aimed at teaching and the factors, which have an effect on the choice of profession. The descriptive survey method has been used in the research. According to this aim, a questionnaire is implemented to Anatolian Teacher High School students. In the questionnaire, profession attitude scale and the attitude scale of the factors that affect career tendency of the students. Obtained data was tested with factor analysis,descriptive statistics and correlation and regression analysis.In the research; the factors which have an effect on profession choice - education, security, and power – increase the attitude towards teaching.
