Abstract
This paper analyzes the dynamic behavior of the cable, deduces the dynamic mathematical model of XLPE based on the equation of thermal circuit, for the operation supervising of the cable, programs a program, the program can calculate the rated current-carry capacity of the cable and the thermal dynamic process of the cable. The calculation results verify the dynamic mathematical model of the XLPE presented in this paper
