Özet
Ebu Hanife'nin hadis kültürünün zayıf olduğu, kıyası hadise tercih ettiği şekilde yaygın iddialar bulunmaktadır. Ancak bu iddialar doğru değildir. Bu iddiaları ortaya atanların EbCı Hanifeyi ve islidial sistemini iyi bilmedikleri anlaşılmaktadır. Zira onun mutlak anlamda kıyası ya da re'yi sünnete tercih etmesi söz konusu değildir. Aksine EbCı Hanife hadisin kabulü için belirlediği şartlara uygun olmayan ahad hadisleri kabul etmeyip bu gibi hadisiere kıyası ve re'yi tercih etmiştir.
Abstract
There is some argues which inform us that AbCı Hanifah's opinions relating to legal issues often contradicted the nass of the Our'an and the Hadith. But these argues are not true. Because the evidence available to us leads us to conclude that the impression about AbCı Hanilah paid scant attention to solitary ahadith, let alone ahadith as such, is not correct. The fact is that he employed only those ahadith which he considered to be in agreement with the strcınger evidence of the Our'an and the other beter authenticated ahadith
