Özet

Abstract

Musa Kazım, one of the most discussed intellectual of the last period of the Turkish-Islamic thought, did his best to present a new civilization Project. He supported this offer with the principles of consultation method, equality, freedom and juctice in the frame of the thought of Islam-politics. He exhibited a type of intellectual who favors change anda innovation. He gave lectures to improve the quality of education, and encouraged foreign language education such as the intellectuals of that time .. However, he made steady warnings so that the relations among the religious sects might not turn into an area of conflicts due to fanaticism. ' Contrary to the conservative Muslims, Musa Kazım Afandi is an important figure of the progressive intellectual type of the Constitutional Monarchy period who thinks that the real civilization can only be possible with a true religion.
