Özet
Birey, grup ve örgütsel düzeyde yaşanan çatışmalar ilişkileri olumsuz etkileyebilmektedir. Yaşanan çatışma ve istenmeyen olaylardan sonra zedelenen ilişkileri düzenlemede önemli bir rol üstlenen affetmenin sadece duygusal değil aynı zamanda rasyonel tarafıyla da ele alınması süreci yeniden keşfetmemizi sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmada da bu noktadan hareketle affetmenin eleştirel düşünmeden etkilenip etkilenmediği araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında bir devlet üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 400 öğrenciye, affetme eğilimi ve eleştirel düşünme eğilimi ölçekleri uygulanmıştır. Uygulama, yüz yüze ve eğitimli anketörler tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulama sonrası elde edilen veriler, istatistik paket programı kullanılarak parametrik analizler yapılmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi ve etkiyi tespit etmek amacıyla korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda, cinsiyete göre affetme eğilimleri farklılaşırken, eleştirel düşünme eğilimi sadece sınıfa göre değişmektedir. Araştırmada, affetme eğilimi ile eleştirel düşünme eğilimi arasında pozitif yönde zayıf bir ilişki varken, eleştirel düşünmenin affetme üzerindeki etkisine ilişkin kurulan regresyon modeli anlamlı kabul edilmiştir. Sonuçlara uygun öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
Abstract
Individual, group and organizational conflicts can affect as negatively to relations. Forgiveness, which plays an important role in organizing relationships that are damaged after living conflicts and adverse events, will not only be emotional but also addressed on the rational side will enable us to rediscover the process. In this study by movement from this point, it has been researched whether the forgiveness has influenced without critical thinking. For this purpose, during the 2017-2018 academic year to 400 students, which were educated in a state university, was applied tendency to forgive and critical thinking scale. Implementation was conducted by face-to-face and educated interviewers. The data obtained after the application were analyzed according to parametric using statistical package program. Correlation and regression analyzes have performed to determine the relationship and effectiveness between the variables. As a result of analysis, while the tendency to forgive according to sex different, the tendency to critical thinking has been different only according to class. In the study, while there has a weak positive relationship between the tendency to forgiveness and the tendency to critical thinking, the regression model for the influence of critical thinking on forgiveness has considered significant. Recommendations have been developed to related this study of results.
