Temsilcinin bir sözleşmeyi hem temsil edilen tarafın temsilcisi hem de bizzat karşı taraf (üçüncü kişi) ya da karşı tarafın da temsilcisi olarak yapması mümkündür. Ancak bunun için temsilciye bu hususta özel yetki verilmiş olması ya da yapılacak işlemin, hukuki niteliği itibarıyla temsil olunana zarar verecek mahiyette olmaması gerekir

It’s possible for a representative to act as representative of both sides (the principal and the third person) or to act as representative of both the principal and his own.
