Pseudomonas aeruginosa’nın DİRENÇLİ OLDUĞU DEZENFEKTANLARIN SAPTANMASI

Özet
Bu çalışmada P . aeruginosa’nın dirençli olduğu dezenfektanların saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla TS EN 1276:1997 yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Deneme organizması olarak P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Esherichia coli ATCC 29998, Staphylococcusa aureus ATCC 6538 P kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan dezenfektanlar ise; kuaterner amonyum bileşikleri, klorhegzidinglukonat, sodyum hipoklorürdür. P.aeruginosa’yı diğer bakterilerle kıyasladığımızda kuaterner amonyum bileşikleri ve klorhegzidinglukonata karşı dirençli olduğu bulunmuştur.
Abstract
In this study, it has been aimed that disinfectants P. aeruginosa resistant to TS EN 1276:1997 has been used for this aim P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853, E. coli ATCC 29998, S. aureus ATCC 6538 P are used for as a test organisms. Tested disinfectants are also quaternary ammonium compounds, chlorhexidine gluconate, sodium hypochloride P. aeruginosa was found to be resistant aganist quaternary ammonium compounds and chlorhexidine gluconate compared to other bacteria.
