Özet
Mesane taşları bayan hastalarda nadiren görülmektedir ve bu nedenle geçirilmiş pelvik cerrahilere bağlı iyatrojenik nedenler akla gelmelidir. Mesane cerrahileri ya da mesaneye yakın pelvik cerrahilerde mesaneden iyatrojenik sütür geçilmesine bağlı taş oluşabilmektedir. Bu deneysel hayvan çalışmalarında da gösterilmiştir. Sezaryen ameliyatı öyküsü bulunan, sütür materyali etrafında oluşan mesane taşı olgusunu ve endoskopik tedavisini sunuyoruz.
Abstract
Bladder stones are rarely seen in female patients; therefore their presence should suggest iatrogenic reasons related to previous pelvic surgeries. Stones may form due to passing iatrogenic suture through the bladder in bladder surgeries or pelvic surgeries close to the bladder. This occurrence has been demonstrated with the experimental animal studies. We present the case of bladder stone formed around the suture material and its endoscopic treatment in the patient with a history of cesarean section surgery.
