Özet
Çevre koşulları, her sektörde iş sağlığı ve verimlilik açısından yüksek derecede öneme sahiptir. Seramik sanayinde, yapılan işlemlerin özelliği gereği çevre koşulların istenen düzeyde tutulması oldukça zordur. Bu çalışmada, seramik sektöründe kritik öneme sahip gürültü, sıcaklık, nem, toz ve aydınlatmadan oluşan çevre faktörlerinin tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Verileri toplamak için gözlem kayıt formu tasarlanmıştır. Büyük ölçekli bir seramik işletmesinin 12 atölyesinde 84 gözlem alınmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analiz edilmesiyle, çevre koşullarının; sıcaklığı 23,20-32,30°C (ort.27,34 °C), nemin %25,70-%65,50 (ort.43,72), gürültünün 58,90-89,10 dB(A) (ort.76,70 dB(A)), aydınlatmanın 133-1763 lüx (ort. 565,60 Lüx) ve tozun (10 ) 47-1636 (ort.391,04) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sektörde sıcaklık, nem ve toz en kritik çevre koşullarıdır.
Abstract
Environmental conditions have an essential importance in terms of occupational health and productivity in each sector. It is very difficult to keep environmental conditions within the specified ideal limits due to the processes carried out in the ceramic industry. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the levels of critical environmental conditions in ceramics industry such as heat, humidity, noise, dust and illumination. An observation form is designed to record the data. A total of 84 measurements are taken from twelve workshops in a big sized ceramic factory. The analyze results of the data state that the levels are 23.20-32.30°C (avg. 27.34°C) for temperature, 25.70% to 65.50% (avg. 43.72%) for humidity, 58.90-89.10 dB (A) (avg. 76.70 dB (A)) for noise, 133-1763 lux (avg. 565.60 lux) for illumination and 47-1636 (avg. 391.04) for dust. The most essential environmental conditions in ceramic sector are temperature, humidity and dust.
