Özet
Makalede, toplum, toplumsallaşma ve sivil toplum kavramları çerçevesinde Türkiye’nin bilgi toplumu olma yolundaki en önemli sorununun insanların birey olamaması olduğu iddia edilmekte, toplumsal ayrışma ve kutuplaşmanın bu sorun nedeniyle artmakta olduğu savunulmaktadır.
Abstract
The article argues within the frame of society, socialiation and civil society that the most significant problemof Turkey for being an information society is that people cannot be individuals, and asserts that socialsegregation and polarization increases because of this problem
