FATİH Projesi Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme

Özet

Bu çalışma ile FATİHProjesi’nin Fırsatları Artırma ve Teknolojiyi İyileştirme Hareketi , Proje Yönetim Döngüsü ölçütleri çerçevesinde değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, FATİH Projesi için MEB tarafından oluşturulan web sayfası, ilgili araştırmalar ve çalıştay raporları incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulardan, FATİH Projesi’nin proje geliştirme mantığına göre tasarlanmadığı ve bu biçimi ile eğitim sistemi ile bütünleştirilemeyeceği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the Fırsatları Artırma ve Teknolojiyi İyileştirme Hareketi Movement to Enhance Opportunities and Improve Technology or FATIH Project within the framework of Project Cycle Management. In this study, the FATIH Project web page created by the Ministry of Education was examined, along with related studies and workshop reports. According to the data obtained, the FATIH Project has not been designed within the Project Cycle Management framework. In its present form, the FATIH Project cannot be integrated into the education system.
