İLKÖĞRETİM 6., 7. VE 8. SINIF ÖĞRENCİLERİNDE OSMANLI ALGISI

Özet

Bu arastırmanın amacı, ilköğretim öğrencilerinin, Osmanlılar hakkındakidüsüncelerini, yaklasımlarını öğrenmek ve Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin, zihinlerindekiOsmanlı algısının olusumunda olumlu ya da olumsuz ne kadar etkili olduğunuortaya çıkarmaktır.Arastırmada belirtilen amacı gerçeklestirmek için tarama modeli uygulanmıs,anket sonuçları bilgisayar ortamında analiz edilmistir.Elde ettiğimiz veriler çok fazla sasırtıcı olmamakla beraber bazı durumlardaöğrencilerin bakıs açıları tahmin edilenden çok farklı olmustur. Sorulara verilencevaplardaki faklılıklar, sosyo-ekonomik durumun bile tarihe bakıs açısınıdeğistirebileceğini düsündürmektedir.Öğrencilerin sosyal bilgiler dersini genel olarak Osmanlı algısı adına olumlubuldukları görülmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sosyal bilgiler, ilköğretim, tarih eğitimi, Osmanlı algısı. Abstract : This research aims to learn the elementary school student’s ideas andway of thinking about the Ottoman Empire; also this research tries to reveal howmuch social studies class is effective negatively or positively on the perception ofOttoman Empire.In order to reach the purpose mentioned above, survey model was used and resultswere analyzed by the way of a computer program.Although acquired datas aren’t very surprising, some answers was very differentfrom the other anticipated answers. Differences among the answers shows thateven the socio economic situation can be effective on the perception of history.It is observed that students find the social studies class useful to understandOttoman Empire.Key Words: Social studies, elemantary education, history education, perceptionof Ottoman empire.
