Özet

Geleneksel ahşap yapıların gelecek nesillere ulaşması, yapı malzemesinin korunmasını, onarımını ve bakımını gerektirir. Malzemenin korunması, yapı elemanının; yapı elemanının korunması ise yapının ayakta kalmasını sağlayacaktır. Bu bakımdan yapının mevcut malzeme durumunun tespiti ve korunmasına dair aşamalar son derece önemlidir. Malzemenin sağlamlığına dair durumunudeğerlendirmede yardımcı olacak birçok teknik bulunmaktadır. Kullanılacak yöntemin belirlenmesi, malzemeyi iyi tanımaya ve özelliklerini iyi yorumlamaya bağlıdır. Doğru teşhis ile elde edilen verilerin doğru değerlendirilmesi sonucunda en uygun koruma yöntemi veya yöntemleri belirlenir. Geleneksel ahşap mirasının geleceğe özgün olarak aktarılması, ancak teşhisten korumaya giden tüm aşamaların ilkeler doğrultusunda takibi ile mümkün olabilecektir. Bu çalışmada, geleneksel ahşap yapıların mevcut durumunun tespitine ve korunmasına yönelik ilkeler tanımlanacaktır.

Abstract

To pass down the traditional timber structures to the future generations, the protection, repair and maintenance of the building material is necessary. The protection of the material will protect the building element; the protection of the building element will ensure that the building remains standing. In this respect, the stages of determining condition and preserving of the building is extremely important. There are many techniques available to assist in assessing the strength of the material. Determining the method to be used depends on knowing the material well and interpreting its properties well. As a result of the correct evaluation of the data obtained with the correct diagnosis, the most appropriate protection method or methods are determined. The original transfer of our traditional wooden heritage to the future will only be possible if all stages from diagnosis to protection are followed in line with the principles. In this study, the principles for the determination of the current condition and preservation of traditional wooden structures will be defined.
