Göçmenlerin Seçmen Davranışında Politik Pazarlama Unsurlarının Etkisi: Suriyeli Göçmenler Üzerine Bir İnceleme

Özet
Bu çalışmada seçme ve seçilme hakkına sahip Suriyeli göçmen seçmenlerin oy verme davranışlarında etkili olan politik pazarlama unsurlarının etkisinin belirlenmesi çalışmanın ana amacını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın evrenini Kilis ilinde ikamet eden 394 Suriyeli göçmen seçmen oluşturmaktadır. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarından elde edilen bulgulara göre, seçmen davranışları üzerinde katılımcıların cinsiyet, gelir ve eğitim durumlarına göre farklılıkların olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların oy kullanma davranışlarında en çok partinin göçmen politikası, partinin ideolojisi ve lider faktörünün etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte katılımcıların %58,1’i güvendiği lider hangi partide olursa olsun o partiyi tercih edecekleri tespit edilen önemli bir bulgudur. Son olarak ise katılımcıların %73,9’u seçim kampanyası sırasında ve seçim çalışmalarından 1 yıl önce oy verme davranışını kesinleştirdiği çalışma kapsamında tespit edilen diğer bir önemli bulgudur.
Abstract
The main purpose of this study, which has been prepared in this direction, is to determine the political marketing elements that affect the voting behavior of Syrian immigrant voters who have the right to vote and be elected. The target population of the study consists of 394 Syrian immigrant voters living in Kilis. Within the scope of this study, data from the sample group were collected by questionnaire method. According to the findings obtained from the analysis results, it has been determined that there are differences on the voter behaviors according to the gender, income and education status of the participants. It has been determined that the immigration policy of the party, the ideology of the party and the leader factor are the most effective on the voting behavior of the participants. However, it was determined that 58.1% of the participants would prefer that party regardless of the leader they trust. Finally, it is another important finding within the scope of the study that 73.9% of the participants finalized their voting behavior during the election campaign or 1 year before the election studies.
