Abstract
All over the world, working life has experienced a very important paradigm shift. Technological developments, vocational education and new working dynamics play a very important role in this change. Universities undertake one of the most important roles in determining the needs of the changing working life. Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS) are also important as they contain a large number of students. However, the fact that many FEAS graduates faced unemployment problems and had difficulty in finding jobs suitable for their qualifications caused a change in the perspective towards FEAS. As a matter of fact, this is one of the most important reasons why FEAS quotas have remained empty in recent years. In this study, lesson plans and course contents of all Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Departments in Turkey were examined. As a result, in order to meet the expectations of the changing labor market and to have fewer problems in the transition to the labor market, it was concluded that the courses should be revised according to today's conditions and more importance should be given to applied courses, and policies were suggested in this context.
