Abstract
Before the 21st century we live in, states and nations had a more closed structure. The reasons such as difficult and arduous transportation, not having the opportunity to learn a language for everyone, and the fact that cultures can only meet due to war and trade can be seen as the natural reasons why this closed structure cannot be easily overcome. In this period, especially until the 19th century, the commercial activities, production and consumption relations of societies were mostly under the influence of their religious and cultural structures. The reasons such as the occupation of the Muslim geography by the Western colonial countries, the colonization of the societies living in this geography and keeping them under their rule for a certain period of time, Western countries accepting workers from Muslim societies to meet their labour needs, the influx of refugees due to wars, migration to the West, the effect of the globalizing world are different reasons led to the coexistence of people with religion and culture. The cosmopolitan nature of the societies was also reflected in the activities of the enterprises, and the management level of the enterprises engaged in production began to consist of people with different religions and cultures. These processes and developments have caused Muslims to worry whether the products they consume are produced in accordance with Islam. The concept of Halal food, which emerged with the aim of eliminating these concerns, brought about the evolution of the concept of "halal life" in a way that spreads to all areas of life from the first stage of production to the last stage of consumption, with the same concerns being heard in all areas of production and consumption. In this study, first of all, the transformation of organizations and organizational structures, which are indispensable elements of production, over time, human waste in the context of halal life and halal life will be examined in the theoretical framework.
