Çağdaş Ailevi Sorunların Çözümünde İslami Aile Değerlerinin Katkısına Dair Sosyolojik Bir Analiz

Özet
İslami aile, cahiliye dönemindeki ailenin fıtrata uygun olmayan zararlı unsurlarının atılıp, insani olanların büyük ölçüde ıslah edilip geliştirilmesiyle temelleri atılan kendine özgü bir sosyal kurumdur. Kuran ve Hz. Peygamber’in pratiği tarafsız bir gözle incelendiğinde, aile kurumunun sağlıklı işleyişinin İslami kültürde çok önemsendiği kolaylıkla görülebilir. İslam dini, aile düzenini ve istikrarını tehdit eden risklere karşı bir dizi düzenlemeler gerçekleştirmiştir. Çağdaş zamanlarda ortaya çıkan bazı ailevi sorunlar, İslam’ın aile kurumuna dair belirlediği norm ve değerlerin aşındırılmasıyla bağlantılı olabilir. Araştırmanın temel problemi, aslında birer sınır çizgisi olan söz konusu norm ve değerlerin dikkate alınmaması durumunda, ne tür ailevi sorunların ortaya çıkabileceğidir. Biz bu makalede, aileye ilişkin spesifik İslami değerlerin neler olduğunu tespit ederek bunların çağdaş ailevi sorunların çözümündeki işlevini analiz etmeye çalıştık. Araştırmanın temel iddiası, çağdaş ailevi sorunların aşılmasında bu İslami değerlerin önemli ölçüde katkı sağlayacağıdır.
Abstract
The Islamic family is a unique family, the foundations of which were laid by removing the harmful elements of the family in the past, which were not suitable for the nature of the family, and largely reforming and developing the humane ones. The Qur'an and the Prophet When the practice of the Prophet is examined with an impartial eye, it can easily be seen that the healthy functioning of the family institution is very important in Islamic culture. Islam has made a series of regulations against the risks that threaten the family order and stability. Some family problems that have arisen in contemporary times may be related to the erosion of the norms and values set by Islam regarding the family institution. The main problem of the research is what kind of family problems may arise if the norms and values in question, which are actually borderlines, are not taken into account. In this article, we will try to identify the specific Islamic values related to the family and analyze their function in solving contemporary family problems. The main goal of the paper is that Islamic family values is going to contribute to cope with contemporary family problems.
