Mogan Gölü (Ankara, Türkiye) Sazan (Cyprinus carpio) Populasyonunun Morfometrik, Meristik Özellikleri ve Boy-Ağırlık İlişkisi

Özet
Bu çalışmada, Ankara’nın güneyinde bulunan ve tektonik bir göl olan Mogan Gölü’nde Cyprinus carpio’nun morfometrik ve meristik özellikleri ile boy ve ağırlık ilişkileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışma Ocak-Aralık 2014 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Vücut özelliklerinden standart boya oran değeri en düşük göz çapı %3,63, en yüksek anal mesafe %77,02 olarak saptanmıştır. Morfometrik özelliklerinden en düşük değişimin baş uzunluğu (%14,02), en yüksek değişimin ise dorsal yüzgeç uzunluğunda (%68,67) olduğu saptanmıştır. Meristik özelliklerinden en düşük değişimin omur sayısında (%1,15), en yüksek değişimin ise dorsal yüzgeç ile pelvik yüzgeç dallanmamış ışın sayılarında (%22,36) olduğu saptanmıştır. Standart boy ile morfometrik özellikler arasındaki ilişki düzeyi en düşük kuyruk sapı yüksekliği (r2=0,34), en yüksek AnM (r2=0,92) değeri bulunmuştur. Boy-ağırlık ilişkisi W = 0,1037L2,4752 olarak saptanmıştır. Mogan Gölü C. carpio populasyununda büyümenin normal düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
In this study, the morphometric and meristic features and of Cyprinus carpio in Mogan Lake were investigated between January and December 2014. Among the anatomical features, the ones with the lowest and the highest ratio to the standart body length were eye diameter (3.63%) and preanal distance (77.02%). In the variation coefficient of the morphological and meristic features the head length (14.02%) and the number of vertebrae (1.15%) were found to have the lowest and the height of dorsal fin (68.67%) and the dorsal and pelvic non branched fin ray numbers (22.36%) had the highest values. In the relation between the standart lenght and morphological and meristis features the highest and the lowest correlation were observed in pedicule height with r2 =0.34 and the preanal distance with r2 =0.92. The length-weight relation was found to be W = 0.0349*L2.7619. The population growth of Cyprinus carpio was observed to be normal.
