LINGUO-COGNITIVE ANALYSIS OF POETIC TEXT: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS

Abstract

This article presents an overview of some of the methodological problems that are relevant to modern cognitive linguistics. The author suggests possible directions of linguo-cognitive analysis of poetic text, directions which seem promising, to wit, analysis of the processes of conceptualization and categorization, as well as of categories of time and space, in particular.
