A. E. KULAKOVSKY'S EPISTLE NAMED "THE YAKUT INTELLECTUALS" IN THE CONTEXT OF HIS SCIENTIFIC AND LITERARY HERITAGE

Abstract

The article deals with social and philosophical idea of A. E. Kulakovsky’s (1877-1926) address to Yakut intelligentsia, organizers and leaders of gradual introduction of social life reforms. The wealth of big landowners and merchants as a healthy core of Yakut nation could be a reliable guarantee of the possible positive solution of the problem of small nations survival.
