Özet
Türkistan tarihini incelemeden, geçmişi yeniden inşa etmek ve bağımsız bir Kazakistan’ın varlığını anlamak mümkün değildir. Tarihsel (ve Doğu Avrupa) verilere dayanan makalede 15-18. yüzyıllardaki Yesi-Türkistan şehrinin tarihi incelenmiştir. Türkistan şehri, Temirlanov ve Şeybanîlerin bölgesel eyaletiydi. Buna ek olarak, kaynaklar genellikle göçebe bir yaşam tarzı yolunda oldukları düşünüldüğü halde Kazakların kent kültürünün gelişimine, şehirlerin inşasına katkısını doğrulamaktadır. Kazak Hanlığı altında Yesi, bir bölgesel merkez durumundan Türkistan tarihi yöresinin başkentine ve daha sonra Kazak Hanlığının siyasi, ekonomik ve manevi merkezinin ana kentine dönüştü. Güvenilir veriler, hanlıkların başkenti olmaya uygun olduğu için Türkistan’da çeşitli önemli toplantıların yapıldığını, maslahatlar, gelen elçilerin kabulü, ilgili meseleleri görüşmek amacıyla meclisin örgütlenmesi ve yurtdışından gelen elçilerin ayrılması gibi işlerin yürütüldüğünü ileri sürer.
Abstract
Without studying the history of Turkestan, it is impossible to reconstruct the past and understand that there is an independent Kazakhstan. In the article on the basis of historical (and East European) data the history of the city of Yassy-Turkestan in the XV-XVIII centuries is examined. The city of Yassy-Turkestan was the regional governors of Temirlanovs and Shaybanids. In addition, the sources confirm the contribution of the Kazakhs to the development of the culture of the city, the construction of cities, though they were usually considered to be leading only a nomadic lifestyle. Under the Kazakh Khanate, Yassy from the status of one regional center evolved into the capital of the historical zone of Turkestan, and then into the main city of the Kazakh Khanate-political, economic and spiritual center. Reliable data claim that in Turkestan, as it is proper for the capitals of the khanates there were various meetings of high level conducted, maslikhats, the reception of incoming ambassadors, organization of Assembly with the aim to discuss relevant issues and departure of the ambassadors from those cities abroad.
