ŞEYH GÂLİB’İN ŞİİRLERİNDE “ARI” SEMBOLÜ

Özet
Tarih boyunca arılar, bal yapmaları yönüyle kutsal sayılmış, arıların kovanları ve çalışma şekilleri Kutsal kitaplarda Tanrı’nın bir mucizesi olarak nitelendirilmiştir. Arı, mitolojide üremeyi, bereketi, bolluğu ve ölümsüzlüğü simgeler. Bal arıları ise şairler tarafından ilham perisi olarak görülmüştür. Arı ve bal bütün mükemmelliği ve faydasıyla Zebur, Tevrat, İncil ve Kur’an’a konu olmuştur. Dört kitapta da arı ve bala ilişkin ifadeler yer alır. Hıristiyan inancına göre arı, bereketliliği ve üretkenliği nedeniyle Bakire Meryem’in sembolüdür. İslamiyet’te arı, Tanrının askerleri olarak nitelendirilir ve onları rüyada görmek, Kur’an okumakla eşdeğer tutulur. Şii inançlarında arı, bal üretimindeki gizemliliği nedeniyle İmam Ali ile eşdeğerdir. Divan edebiyatında ve Mevlevîlikte ise çalışmanın ve gayretin simgesidir. Bu nedenle şiirlerde genellikle “Hak yolundaki bir derviş” olarak karşımıza çıkar. Divan edebiyatının büyük Mevlevî şairlerinden biri de Şeyh Gâlib’dir. Gâlib’in Mevlevîliğe bağlılığı ve Galata Mevlevîhânesi’nin post-nişîni oluşunun şiirlerine çokça yansıdığı görülmektedir. Bu nedenle arı, Gâlib’in şiirlerinde bazen kesreti ifade etmiş; bazen de vızıldaması ve dönerek uçup durması yönüyle Mevlevîhânelerdeki sema’ yapan semazenlere benzetilmiştir. Arının sesi ise Mevlevî âyinlerinde çalınan çalgıları temsil etmiştir. Bu çalışmada ilk olarak “arı” sembolünün mitoloji ve dinî inançlarındaki yerinden bahsedilecek ve teorik zemin oluşturmaya çalışılacaktır. Ardından, Mevlevilikte “arı”nın yeri ve kullanım şekli ifade edildikten sonra kendisi de bir Mevlevî olan Şeyh Gâlib’in şiirlerinden örneklerle bu sembolün Gâlib’te nasıl ve hangi amaçlarla kullanıldığı ortaya konmaya çalışılacaktır.
Abstract
Throughout the history bees are accepted as a divine symbol for they product honey. Bee hives and their ways of workings are described as a miracle of God. Bee symbolizes immortality, fertility, and productivity. Honey bee becomes inspirational symbol for poets. Bee and honey are mentioned in three Holy Scriptures. (Torah, Bible, and Quran) Each of three scripture includes some expressions about bee and honey. Bee symbol is seen as soldier of God on Islam and also to see them in your dreams mean equivalent to reading Quran. Because of the mysterious productivity bee is equivalent to Ali on Shia beliefs. On the other hand; according to Christian belief bee symbolizes Virgin Mary with the aspect of productivity and fertility. Bee is a symbol of hard work and effort at Divan literature and Mevleviyah. Therefore; generally bee encounter as a dervish in the way of God. Sheikh Galib is one of the famous poets of Divan literature. We see that Galib’s loyalty to Mevleviyah and his being a “postnişin” of Galata Mevleviyah reflect on his poems. For this reason sometimes bee symbolizes abundance and sometimes it is resembled with the Whirling Dervish who makes semah at lodge used by Mevlevi Dervishes with the aspect of buzz and flying in the circle. On the other hand; sound of bee represents instruments used at the Mevlevi Rituals Ceremony. This survey tries to form a theoretical basis for of bee symbol by telling its place in mythology and religious beliefs. This study tries to examine the reasons why bee symbol is used on Galib’s poem (he is Mevleviyah too) from samples of Sheikh Galib’s poem, after expressing bee’s role and usage in Mevleviyah. Bee symbol which grabs our attention led us to composing this study while reading the Sheikh Galib’s Hüsn ü Aşk poem and his Divan. As a result of this researches; the study shows that bee symbol has an important role not only in Sheikh Galib’s poem but also in all of religion, mythology, Quran and Mevleviyah.
