Özet
Hümanizm ve rönesans kültürünün Macaristan’daki okulları da etkilemesi sonucunda antik komedi ve hümanist okul draması gelişmeye başlamıştır. Bu okulların öğretmenleri Lâtince eğitiminin geliştirilmesi için bu edebi türü araç olarak kullanmışlardır. Ana dilde dramalar ise reformasyon sayesinde doğmuştur. 16. yüzyılda protestan Macar dramasının işlediği başlıca konu mezhepler arasındaki polemikler idi. 17. yüzyılda karşı reformasyon mücadelesi veren cizvitlerin yüze yakın oyun sahnelediği bilinmektedir. Calvinci okullardan Enyed Koleji, Macar okul dramalarının gerçek bir merkezi haline gelmiştir. Üniteryenler arasında ise Kolozsvár okulu önplana çıkmıştır. Evanjelik okul dramalarının ortak yanı politik ve güncel olaylara yer vermesidir. Bu bağlamda Viyana kuşatmasını anlatan Helena Menelao reddita ve Kuruc hareketi üzerine kurgulanan Hungaria respirans örnek olarak sunulabilir
Abstract
Owing to the fact that humanism and renaissance culture has influenced the Hungarian schools, the ancient comedy and humanist school drama has developed. The teachers of schools have employed this literary type for growth of knowledge of Latin. It was due to protestantism that, the dramas were born in native languages. The main topics which the Hungarian protestant playwrights of the 16th century have elaborated were religious polemics between the sects. It is known that the jesuits giving battle for the Counter-Reformation put on the stage about hundred dramas in 17th century. The College of Enyed became an effective central of Calvinist dramas. The College of Kolozsvár still became conspiciuous in this period between the unitarians. The common characteristics of Evangelical dramas were that they approved political and actual events. In this context we could demonstrate with examples the Helena Menelao reddita narrating the siege of Vienna and Hungaria respirans relating the insurrection of Kuruc.
