Aynalı Sazanın (Cyprinus carpio) Bazı Hematolojik Parametreleri Üzerine Siyanürün Etkileri

Özet
Bu çalışmada siyanürün aynalı sazan balıklarının (Cyprinus carpio) lökosit sayısı, eritrosit sayısı, hemoglobin, hematokrit, ortalama eritrosit hacmi, ortalama eritrosit hemoglobini, ortalama eritrosit hemoglobin konsantrasyonu, ortalama eritrosit dağılım genişliği, trombosit sayısı, ortalama trombosit hacmi, trombosit dağılım genişliği, platokrit düzeyleri üzerine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Deney süresince balıklar üç ve on beş gün süre ile 0,1 mg/L ve 0,2 mg/L konsantrasyonlarda siyanüre maruz bırakılmışlardır. On beş gün süre ile 0,2 mg/L konsantrasyonda siyanüre maruz kalan sazan balıklarının hemoglobin ve hematokrit değerleri önemli derecede düşmüştür. Farklı doz ve sürelerde siyanüre maruz kalan sazan balıklarının diğer kan parametrelerindeki değişimin ise önemsiz olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of cyanide on the leukocyte count, erythrocyte count, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean erythrocyte volume, mean erythrocyte hemoglobin, mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration, mean erythrocyte distribution width, platelet count, mean thrombocyte volume, platelet distribution width, and platocrit levels of carp (Cyprinus carpio). Fish were exposed to cyanide at concentrations of 0,1 mg/L and 0,2 mg/L for three and fifteen days respectively through the experiment. Hemoglobin and hematocrit values of carp exposed to 0,2 mg/L cyanide concentration for 15 days decreased significantly. It was determined that the changes in other blood parameters of carp exposed to cyanide at different doses and durations were not significant.
