Özet

The constitution of necessary conditions for conservation of objects without physical intervention that couldbe called preventive conservation gains more importance nowadays. In this work, the conservation problemswith details in seven museums chosen to present the museums in Central Anatolia are mentioned. Theconditions of existing museums in terms of museum buildings, exhibition, storage, destruction, personnelmanagement were analyzed in details. The conversation conditions in these museums were examined incomparison between themselves then necessary next steps were determinated.As a result of this work, museums are not yet in enough level in the preventive conservation. It was seenthat museum buildings are not suitable for conservation, the showcases for exhibitions are not suitable forsafety of the objects, the proper physical conditions for conservation of objects in storages are not sufficientexcept some storage of Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. In this respect, the necessity of urgently makingmuseum buildings showcases and storages suitable to conservation of objects was appeared.
