Güney Kore Kalkınmasında Mesleki Eğitim Sisteminin Rolü

Özet

Dünyada mesleki eğitim, her ülkenin kendi özgün sosyo-ekonomik şartlarına bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan ya da çıkması beklenen bir eğitim süreci olarak kabul edilmektedir. Çalışmanın temelini oluşturan ülke konumundaki Güney Kore’de de mesleki eğitim sistemi, ülkenin sosyo-ekonomik özelliklerine ve uygulamış olduğu kalkınma politikalarına göre şekil almıştır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, 20. yüzyılın ikincisi yarısının başında yaşamış olduğu savaştan tamamen yıkılmış ve dünyanın en fakir ülkelerinden biri haline gelmiş olarak çıkan yaratmış olduğu nitelikli işgücü sayesinde günümüzde tüm dünyaya yüksek teknoloji satar hale gelen G.Kore’nin, nitelikli insan kaynağı yaratma hedefiyle çıktığı yolda özellikle mesleki eğitim sisteminde meydana gelen değişimleri detaylı olarak incelemektir.

Abstract

It is accepted that in the World vocational education is an educational period that has appeared or expected to be appear according to each countries’ own original socia-economical conditions. In South Korea, the country that forms this study’s base, the vocational education system is shaped according to this country’s sociaeconomical characteristics and development politics applied in the country. The main aim of this study is to examine the changes occured in the vocational education system in the South Korea that ruined because of the war in the second early beginning of the 20th century and became the poorest counrty in the World but in the road aiming at creating qualified person source how this counrty became a country that sells high technology to all the World with the help of well-qualified work power.
