İSTİHDAM YARATMADA MİKROKREDİ UYGULAMALARININ ETKİNLİĞİ

Özet

Yoksulluk olgusu hemen hemen her ülkenin önemli sosyal sorunlarından biridir. Bu sorunun çözümüne ilişkin pek çok politika üretilmektedir. Uygulanmakta olan ve son yıllarda popülerlik kazanan uygulamalardan biri de mikrokredi sistemidir. Özellikle dar gelirli kadınların güçlenmesine yönelik verilen bu kredilerin aynı zamanda istihdam yaratma amacı da bulunmaktadır. Çeşitli mikrokredi sistemi bulunmakla birlikte bu kapsamda değerlendirilen uygulama Grameen Mikrokredi sistemidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı mikrokredi sistemi üzerine yapılan bazı çalış- malar ve mevcut veriler doğrultusunda mikrokredi sisteminin istihdam yaratma açısından etkinliğini değerlendirmektir.

Abstract

The event of poverty is one of the most important social problem in almost every country. It is produced in many policy for resolving this the issue. One of the applications being implemented and gaining popularity in recent years is the microcredit system. At the same time there is also goal of employment creation of these loans for especially low-income women’s empowerment. Although there are a variety of micro-credit systems, application evaluated in this context is the Grameen microcredit system. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of microcredit system in terms of employment creation in line with some studies on microcredit system and avaliable data.
