Her iki krize karşıda zamanında etkili önlemler alınarak krizden çıkış sağlandı.
Abstract
The financial crisis has the greatest impact on banks, which are the most important actors of financial markets. The crises leading to the bankruptcy of banks and impairment of their capital, cause the money markets and securities markets to become ineffective, while increasing the accumulation of idle funds in the economy; it has the effect of reducing the possibility of using external funds. The crisis process that starts in the financial markets ultimately transforms into a macro economic crisis, which negatively affects the real economy. In particular, the financial crisis in Turkey in 2001 caused both long-term macroeconomic damage and great damage to the real economy. The effects of the 2008 crisis on Turkey caused less destruction because it lasted shorter. Effective measures were taken during both crises and Turkey overcame the crisis.
