SAC PARÇA ÜRETİMİNDE BİZMUT KALAY KALIP MALZEMESİ KULLANIMI

Özet

Az sayıda sac parça gerektiği durumlarda mevcut seri imalat sac parça üretim yöntemleri kullanıldığında kalıplarının üretilmeleri uzun zaman almaktadır. Bu parçalara duyulan ihtiyaç ise kısa sürede üretilmeleri yönündedir. Ayrıca mevcut seri imalat yöntemlerinde maliyetlerde yüksektir. Bu sebepler ile birçok az sayıda parça üretim yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Bu yöntemler ile parçaların sadece form verme kalıpları yapılmaktadır. Kesme kalıpları yapılmayıp bunun yerine form kalıplarından çıkan parçalar lazer kesim işlemleri ile son hallerine getirilmektedir. Mevcut seri üretim yöntemlerine göre parça üretim zamanı çok artmak ile birlikte kalıp üretim zamanının azalması nedeni ile toplam süre kısalmaktadır. Ayrıca kalıp maliyetleri de düşüktür. Bu çalışmada çok sayıda geliştirilen yöntemlerden birisi olan bizmut kalay malzemesinin sac kalıplarında kullanılması örnek bir parça imalatı ile tanıtılmıştır. Bu yöntemde bizmut kalay malzemesi yüzde yüz geri dönüşümlü ve düşük sıcaklıklarda erimesi nedeni ile uygulanması kolaydır. Örnek parça üzerinden yöntemin avantaj ve dezavantajları verilmiştir.

Abstract

Competition in the product development process requires new models to offer for sale as soon as possible. This also necessitates the reduction of costs and shortening the product development process. All of these effects in addition to developments in virtual product development process analysis make up a significant portion of the prototype is under pressure as the process of both cost and time. Prototype parts in the production process plays an important role in the production of sheet metal parts. Therefore, with very different methods for improvement, this process being studied. In this study, prototype sheet metal parts production time is very short compared to conventional methods, molding material is recyclable and has a low melting temperature metal alloy with a prototype mold production method, application examples were determined by examining the advantages and disadvantages of the method.
