Özet
Devlet ve toplum ilişkisi çağlar boyunca genellikle birçok çatışmaya kaynaklık etmiştir. Bu bağlamda günümüze gelinceye kadar, sivil toplum olgusun orta çıkmasına katkı yapan birçok düşünür ve toplum felsefecisi olmuştur. Bu düşünürlerin yaklaşımları genellikle, toplumsal gruplar ile devlet arsındaki güç ve yetkilerin paylaşılması şeklindedir. Oysa 21. Yüzyılda sivil toplum denince, daha çok demokratik bilincin ve demokratik değerlerin yaygınlık kazanması öne çıkmaktadır. Bu makalede, sivil toplum düşüncelerinin günümüzdeki demokratik hakların gelişmesine katkıları incelenmektedir.
Abstract
Throughout the ages of the state and society, the conflict has often been a source of many conflicts. In this context until the day it arrived, civil society has become a philosopher of many philosophers and thinkers contributing to the emergence of the middle. The approaches of these thinkers are usually the sharing of powers and powers between the social groups and the state. In the 21st century, however, civil society is becoming more and more democratic and democratic. This article examines the contributions of civil society's ideas to the development of democratic rights today.
