Özet

Fibröz Displazi (FD) yavaş ilerleyen, etiyolojisi kısmen açıklanabilen, medüller kemiğin yerini fibroosseöz dokunun aldığı bir grup hastalığı tanımlar. Monostatik fibröz displazilerin %10-25’inde, poliostatik formların %50’sinde kafatası ve yüz kemikleri etkilenir. Bu çalışmada frontal, parietal, ethmoid ve sfenoid kemiklerde tutulum olan olgu sunulmuştur. Tüm vücut kemik sintigrafisinde tipik tutulum paterni izlenen hastada, tüm vücut kemik sintigrafisi ile hastalığın yaygınlığı konusunda daha kolay karar verilebileceği düşünülmüştür.

Abstract

Fibrous dysplasia (FD)describes a group of diseases that slowly progressive, partly be explained etiology and fibroosseous tissue takes place of medullary bone. The skull and facial bones are affected in 10 to 25% of monostatic fibrous dysplasia and 50% of poliostatik forms. In this study, patients with FD who have been presented that frontal, parietal, ethmoid and sphenoid bone involvement. There is a typical involvement pattern in patients with FD, whole body bone scintigraphy is thought that decision easier of the prevalence of the disease
