ANİMATÖRLERİN YORGUNLUK HİSLERİNİN MESLEKİ TUTUMLARINI ETKİLEME BİÇİMLERİ

Özet
Bu çalışmada Turizm sektöründe eğlence ve aktiviteler departmanların da çalışan (Animatör) bireylerin yorgunluk hislerinin mesleklerine karşı tutumlarını etkileme biçimleri araştırılmıştır. Araştırma 2017 yılı yaz döneminde Antalya ve Bodrum bölgelerinde bulunan 6 (altı) farklı (4-5 yıldızlı) otelde animatörlük mesleğini icra eden 107 bireye anket formları online biçimde gönderilerek veriler toplanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı üç (3) kısımdan oluşan anket formundan oluşmaktadır. Birinci kısımda demografik özellikler ile ilgili sorular yer alırken ikinci kısımda Beurskens (2000) tarafından geliştirilen; Ergin (2009) tarafından Türkçeye adapte edilen “Checklist Individual Strength Questionnaire” (CIS) yorgunluk anketi, üçüncü kısımda ise Üstüner (2006) tarafından geliştirilen “Mesleki Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda katılımcıların sübjektif yorgunluk seviyeleri mesleklerine karşı tutumlarını direkt olarak etkilediği (p<0.01) bulgulanmıştır. Ayrıca yorgunluk ile mesleki tutum arasında negatif yönde bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (r=- 452).
Abstract
In this study, the ways in which the fatigue feelings of the working people (Animator) affecting their attitudes towards the profession were investigated in the tourism sector, entertainment and activities departments. Research in the summer of 2017, questionnaire forms were sent online to 107 people who were animators in 6 (six) different (4-5 star) hotels in Antalya and Bodrum regions. The data collection tool consists of three (3) part questionnaire forms. In the first section, the questions related to the demographic characteristics were used while in the second section, “Checklist Individual Strength Questionnaire” (CIS) was used that was adapted to Turkish by Ergin (2009) after developed by Beurskens (2000). Also in the third part were used “Occupational Attitude Scale” used developed by Üstüner in 2006. The results of the analyzes showed that participants had a direct effect on their attitudes towards subjective fatigue levels (p <0.01). There was also a negative correlation between fatigue and occupational attitude (r = - 452).
