Özet
Sosyo-ekonomik gelişmenin önemli unsurlarından biri sanayi sektörüdür. Sanayi sektörünün gelişmesiyle birlikte bir sonraki aşama olan hizmetler sektörünün de dinamiklik kazanması sağlanmış olur. Bu kapsamda ulusal ve bölgesel düzeyde gelişmenin sağlanması adına sanayi sektörünün mevcut durumunun doğru tespiti ve eksikliklerinin giderilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada Van ili sanayisinin mevcut durumunun genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.

Industry sector is one of the most important elements of socioeconomic development. In the next step, services sector wins dynamism with the development of industrial sector. In this context, accurate detection of the current situation of the industrial sector is important for development at national and regional level.
