Özet
Gelişim, bireyin fiziksel, duyuşsal, zihinsel, sosyal, sanatsal ve ruhsal yöndenöğrenme, yaşantı ve olgunlaşma sonucunda bireylerde görülen düzenlive sürekli değişiklikler olarak tanımlanabilir. Çocuğun gelişim özelliklerininbilinmesi önemlidir ve bunu birçok açıdan incelemek gerekir. Sıralanantüm gelişim ve değişimler bir bütünlük içinde birbirlerini etkilemektedir.Her gelişim döneminin kendine özgü bir niteliği vardır. Okullarda çocuklaraetkili öğrenme ortamları yaratmak onların gelişim düzeylerine veniteliklerine uygun teknik ve metodlarla mümkün olur. Gelişim, öğrenmeve öğretme birbiriyle iç içe ve birbirini tamamlayan süreçlerdir. Bu nedenle,başta aileler ve eğitmenler, davranışlarını ve kişiliklerini geliştirmeye,değiştirme çalıştıkları çocukların gelişim dönemlerinin çok iyi tanımalarıgerekmektedir. Buradan hareketle çocukların, genelde eğitimine özeldeise din eğitimine özen gösterilirken, eğitimle ilgili bütün ilim dallarınıntakip edilerek eğitim yapmak son derece önemlidir. Çünkü onların sahipoldukları gelişim özelliklerini bilmek, vermek istediğimiz eğitimin amacınaulaşmasına yardımcı olacaktır. Çocuğun gelişim özelliklerini bilinmedenverilecek eğitim çoğu zaman “akan suya boşa kürek çekmek gibidir. Nasılki bir hekim ilk önce hastalığı teşhis edip sonra tedavi yoluna gidiyorsa bireğitimci de ayni şekilde, eğitimde istenilen hedefe doğru adımlar atabilmesiiçin çocuğun gelişim özelliklerini dikkate alıp ona göre eğitim vermesi <span style="font-size: 14px;"> p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 8.0px Helvetica} gerekmektedir.
Abstract
It can be defined as regular and continuous changes seen in individuals asa result of learning, life and maturation of physical, affective, mental, social,artistic and spiritual direction of the individual. It is important to knowthe developmental characteristics of the child and we need to examine itin many ways. All the developments and changes are influenced by one another.Each developmental period has its own character. Creating effectivelearning environments for children in schools is made possible by theirapplication in accordance with their development levels and qualifications.Development, learning and teaching are interrelated and complementary <span style="font-size: 14px;"> p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 8.0px Helvetica} processes. For this reason, those who engage in educational work need torecognize the students they are trying to change their behavior and improvetheir personality.
