Etüd materyeli M. T. A. Enstitüsünün Amasra Karbonifer Havzasında yapmış olduğu kömür sondajlarından elde edilmiştir. Bu palinolojik etüd neticesinde Westfalien D-C seviyelerinde bir yeni pollen cinsi ve dört yeni pollen türü ile bir megaspor spesiesi bulunmuştur:
Abstract
The material described in this paper was collected from the Carboniferous borings carried out by the M. T. A. Institute in the Amasra Coal Basin. As a result of these palynological investigations (in Westplialian D-C) one new pollen genus and four species with one new specimen of megaspore were discovered:
