Özet
Bu çalışmada, 20. yüzyılın önemli bestecilerinden György Ligeti’nin solo viyolonsel için yazmış olduğu sonatının teknik açıdan incelemesi yapılmıştır. Eserin özellikle ikinci bölümü çalgıda teknik anlamda iyi bir beceri gerektirdiğinden, viyolonsel repertuvarı için oldukça önemlidir. Ligeti ve müziğine değinildikten sonra solo sonatın bestelenişi, eserin müzikal incelemesi ve eseri yorumlama ile ilgili teknik konular ele alınmıştır. Çalışma bestecinin ele alınan eseri ile sınırlandırılmış olup, literatür araştırması ve veri toplama tekniği kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, a technical analysis of György Ligeti’s sonata for solo cello, one of the influential composers of the 20th century, is made. The second part of the piece is significant for the cello repertoire, as it requires excellent technical skill in the instrument. After mentioning Ligeti and his music, the composition of the solo sonata, the musical analysis of the piece and the technical issues related to the interpretation of the piece are discussed. The study is limited to this particular sonata of the composer and prepared using literary research and data collection techniques.
