Hastanede Çalışan Hemşirelerin Meslekte Profesyonel Tutum Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi

Özet

Mesleki profesyonellik, meslek çalışanının bireysel profesyonelliğini kurumsal profesyonelliğe dönüştürmesidir. Bireylerin sağlıklı bir yaşam sürdürmesinde önemli bir yere sahip olan hemşirelikte mesleki profesyonellik her geçen gün daha da önem kazanmaktadır. Bu araştırma, hastanede çalışan hemşirelerin meslekte profesyonel tutum düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Tanımlayıcı kesitsel tarzda yapılan araştırma, Ocak 2018-Haziran 2019 tarihleri arasında Türkiye’nin Akdeniz bölgesinde bulunan büyükşehir düzeyindeki bir il merkezinde bulunan Şehir ve Üniversite hastanesinde çalışan toplam 445 hemşire ile yapıldı. Abstract

Professional professionalism is the transformation of the professional professionalism of the employee to corporate professionalism. Professional professionalism is becoming more and more important in nursing, which has an important place in individuals to lead a healthy life. This research was carried out to determine the professional attitude levels of the nurses working in the hospital. Sectional descriptive style made in research, between January 2018-June 2019 in a provincial center in the metropolitan level in the Mediterranean region of Turkey working with the city and university hospitals was done in a total of 445 nurses.
