Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı belirli sıcaklık ve sürelerde ısıl işlem uygulanmış orta yoğunluklu lif levhalara (MDF) uygulanan yaşlanma testinin yüzey pürüzlülüğü üzerine etkilerini araştırmak olacaktır. MDF levhalara 150, 170 ve 190 oC derece 15, 30 ve 45 dakika ısıl işlem uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra levhalara 30 gün yaşlandırma testi uygulanmıştır. Yaşlandırma testi sıcaklık ve bağıl neme bağlı olarak UV yaşlandırma kabininde yapılmıştır. Yüzey pürüzlülüğü parametrelerinin yaşlandırma testinin süresi artıkça belirli oranlarda arttığı belirlenmiştir. 30 gün yaşlandırma testi uygulanan 190 oC ve 45 dakika ısıl işlem uygulanmış test numuneleri yüzey pürüzlülüğü en çok olumsuz etkilenen örnekler olmuştur.
Abstract
The purpose of this study will be to investigate the effects of aging test on the hardness and surface roughness of the Medium Density Fiberboards (MDF) subjected to heat treatment for a certain temperature and time. MDF boards were heat treated at 150, 170 and 190 oC for 15, 30 and 45 minutes, respectively. Then, the boards were subjected to a 30-day aging test. The aging test was carried out in a UV aging cabinet depending on temperature and relative humidity. It has been determined that the surface roughness parameters increase over time in the aging test. The test samples subjected to the 30-day aging test at 190 oC and the heat treatment for 45 minutes were the most adversely affected samples of surface roughness
