Otizmli Çocuklara Yönelik Sosyal Girişimciliğin Desteklenmesi

Özet

Günümüzde sosyal girişimin önemi irdelenmeye ve sosyal girişim devlet politikalarının önemli parçası haline gelmeye başlamıştır. Değişen ve dönüşen dünya düzeninde sosyal girişimcilik, sosyal değişim yaratmak adına önemli bir araç haline gelmektedir. Sorunların çözümüne katkı sunan sosyal girişimciler, toplumdaki boşluğu doldurmaktadır. Toplumsal kalkınmaya katkı sağlayan sosyal girişimciler değişim ajanı olarak ifade edilmektedir. Günümüzde hala sebebi ve tedavisi bilinmeyen otizm, toplumda otizmli bireylerin dışlanmasına sebep olmakta ve insan hakları ihlali gibi sorunları gündeme taşımaktadır. Erken yaşta eğitime ulaşamayan otizmli çocuklar, yaşıtları ile okula başlayamamaktadır. Eğitime erişebilme, topluma katılma ve kendini geliştirme hakkından mahrum kalmaktadır. Bu makalede günümüzde oldukça popüler hale gelen sosyal girişimcilik tanımlanacak, otizmli çocukların eğitimine yönelik sosyal girişimin desteklenmesinin öneminden bahsedilecek ve sonuç olarak sosyal girişimin arttırılmasına yönelik öneriler sunulacaktır.

Abstract

Today, the importance of social enterprise has started to be examined and social enterprise has become an important part of state policies. In the changing and transforming world order, social entrepreneurship is an important tool for creating social change. Social entrepreneurs who contribute to the solution of problems are filled the gap in the society. Social entrepreneurs, who also contribute to social development, are expressed as change agents.Autism, the cause and treatment of which is still unknown today, causes exclusion of individuals with autism in the society and raises problems such as human rights violations. Children with autism who cannot reach education at an early age cannot start school with their peers. These children are deprived of the right to access education, to participate in society and to improve themselves. In this article, social entrepreneurship, which has become very popular today, will be defined, the importance of supporting social enterprise for the education of children with autism will be mentioned and consequently, suggestions for increasing social enterprise will be presented
