Osmanlı Üretim İlişkileri Tartışmalarında Farklı Bir Yaklaşım: Hikmet Kıvılcımlı Örneği

Özet
Osmanlı toplum yapısını ve üretim ilişkilerini açıklamaya yönelik farklı yaklaşımlar önemli tartışmaları da beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu tartışmalar Türkiye realitesinin içinden çıktığı toplumsal yapıyı görmezden gelen eğilimler nedeniyle Marxist çevrelerin Osmanlı toplumsal yapısına odaklanmasıyla başlamıştır. Tartışmaların ana eksenini, kapitalizme geçiş koşulları ve Osmanlı'nın üretim ilişkilerini belirli modellere göre açıklama girişimleri oluşturmaktadır. Hikmet Kıvılcımlı’nın yaklaşımını, feodalizm, ATÜT, pre-kapitalizm, patrimonyalizm ya da tarihçilerin yaptığı gibi kendine özgü bir toplumsal yapı olarak gören bu yaklaşımların sadece biriyle izah etmek mümkün görünmemektedir. Kıvılcımlı kapitalizm öncesi toplum biçimlerinde olduğu gibi Osmanlı toplumunu da genel tarih tezi çerçevesinde ele alır ve başka bir model kullanmaz. Kıvılcımlı’nın Osmanlı toplumsal yapısını tahlil ederken kullandığı bakış açısı, kendi başına özgün bir model olmakla birlikte diğer yaklaşımların da bazı izlerini taşımaktadır.
Abstract
Different approaches to explain the structure of the Ottoman society and its relations of production have brought with significant discussions. These discussions have begun with the focus of Marxist environment on the Ottoman social structure because of the tendencies that ignore the reality of Turkey that come from its own social structure. The main theme of the discussions consists of the attempts to explain the conditions of transition to capitalism and the relations of production of the Ottoman, according to certain models. It is not possible to explain Hikmet Kıvılcımlı's approach with only one of these approaches such as feudalism, ATUT, pre-capitalism, patrimonialism or to see it as a sui generis social structure as historians have done. Kıvılcımlı treats the Ottoman society in his general history thesis as in pre-capitalist society forms and does not use another model. The point of view that Kıvılcımlı has while analyzing the Ottoman social structure, as well as being a unique model in itself, it contains some traits of other approaches.
