Özet
Bu çalışmada, Konya İli Beyşehir İlçesi Kurucuova Kasabasında seleksiyon ıslahı ile belirlenen 6 farklı kızılcık tiplerinden biri olan Kalyoncu-3 (K-3) Genotipine ait çiçek tozlarının canlılık ve çimlenme düzeyleri ve polen üretim miktarı belirlenmiştir. Polen canlılık değerlerini belirlemek amacıyla TTC, IKI, Asetokarmin ve Safranin testleri uygulanmıştır. Polen çimlendirme denemelerinde % 0 (kontrol), 15, 20, 25, 30 ve % 35’lik sakkaroz konsantrasyonları kullanılmıştır. Polen üretim miktarları “Hemasitometrik Yöntem” ile belirlenmiştir. Genotipine ait en yüksek polen çimlenme oranı (% 60), % 25’lik sakkaroz konsantrasyonunda bulunmuştur. Canlı polen oranı Asetokarmin ve Safranin testlerinde % 100 olarak, TTC ve IKI testlerinde ise sırasıyla % 65 ve 70 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bir çiçekteki ortalama çicek tozu sayısı 14768.3 olmuştur
Abstract
In this research, polen viability germination levels and productivity of K-3 cranberry (Cornus mas L.) type which is one of six different types of cranberries determined with selection breeding in Konya province, Beysehir Kurucuova town. In order to determine the values of pollen viability TTC, IKI, Acetocarmine and Safranine tests were applied. 0 % (control), 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35% sucrose concentrations were used in the polen germination experiments. Quantities of pollen production were determined via "Hemacytometric Method". The highest values of pollen germination 60 % was found at 25 % sucrose concentration. The highest pollen viability was obtained from Acetocarmine and Safranin tests as 100 %; this ratios was determined to be 65 % and 70 % from TTC and IKI tests respectively. Average pollen number was found to be 14768.3 on one flower.
