IŞİD: OLUŞUM, KURULUŞ VE DEVLETLEŞME SÜREÇLERİ

Özet

Dünya geneli ele alındığı zaman en çok terör örgütünün bulunduğu yer Ortadoğu’dur. Birçok örgütün ortaya çıktığı bu bölgede, her savaş veya krizin yeni bir örgüt kurulmasına veya var olanörgütlerin güçlenmesine olan katkısı yadsınamaz niteliktedir. IŞİD için de bugün bulunduğu Irak ve Suriye bölgelerindeki mevcut savaş ortamı, örgütün maddi ve manevi olarak güçlenmesinde bir avantaj oluşturmuştur. Yapılanma süreci uzun yıllar süren IŞİD hakkındaki bu makalede, örgütün bir takım bölgesel ve politik özelliklerden beslenerek güçlenmesi ve bölgede etkin bir güç haline dönüşmesi, Suriye ve Irak’ta geniş bir alana hâkim olarak günden güne yaşadığı dönüşümleri, El-Kaide ile olan birlikteliği ve El-Kaide’den kopuşunun arkasında yatan sebepleri, IŞİD’in oluşum, kuruluş ve devletleşme süreçleri kapsamında tartışılmıştır.

Abstract

When the world is considered, most of the terrorist organizations is located in the Middle East. In this region, almost every single war or crisis contributes to the emergence of a new organization or strengthening of existing organizations. The present war environment in the Iraq and Syria has created an advantage for ISIS in terms of strengthening the organization materially and spiritual- ly. In this article, the topics to be discussed within the context of the processes of emergence, es- tablishment and state formation are: the strenghtening of the organization trough the use of some regional and political features; and evolution to an active power within the region; day to day transformation of ISIS as a sovereign power in wide scope of lands of Syria and Iraq; the reasons for engagement and disengagement of ISIS with Al-Queda.
