Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; Kastamonu İlinde faaliyet gösteren sanayi işletmelerinin, üniversite-sanayi işbirliği çerçevesinde sorunlarını bir bütün olarak tespit ederek, üniversite sanayi işbirliğinin bu sorunlar çerçevesinde yeniden dizayn edilmesini sağlamaya dönük önerilerde bulunmaktır. Bu bağlamda, Kastamonu İli sanayi sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin yönetici veya sahiplerine yönelik bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada; işletmelerin yönetim ve organizasyon, muhasebe ve finans, insan kaynakları yönetimi, üretim/pazarlama ve Ar-Ge, eğitim, yönetim sistem belge ve üniversite-sanayi işbirliği sorunları ele alınmıştır. Sorunların belirlenmesinde öncelikle işletme sahip ve yöneticileri, sanayi ve ticaret odası başkanlığı, organize sanayi müdürlüğü gibi sivil toplum kuruşlarının temsilcileri odak grup görüşmesi yapılmıştır. Daha sonra bu görüşmeler sonuçlarından ve ikincil kaynaklardan yararlanılarak işletme sahip veya yöneticilerine yönelik bir anket formu geliştirilerek söz konusu sorunlarla ilgili veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilere ilişkin betimsel sonuçlar verilerek bir durum tespiti yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, mevcut durum değerlendirildikten sonra ise söz konusu sorunların çözümüne yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.
Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the industrial businesses in Kastamonu within the framework of university-industry cooperation as a whole, and suggestions are made to redesign the cooperation between university-industry depending on the problems identified. In this context, a research has been held to managers or owners of the businesses in Kastamonu within the framework of industrial sector. In the study, are investigated management and organization, accounting and finance, human resources management, production / marketing and R & D, education, management system certification of organizations, and the problems of university-industry cooperation. Firstly, to identify problems, focus group interview has been held with the owners and managers of the businesses, the representatives of the associations such as the ministry of trade and industry chamber, and the principality of organized industry. Then, by using these interview results and secondary sources, a survey has been applied to the business holders or managers, and data were collected regarding these problems. By giving the descriptive results of the obtained data and a status determination was made. In the study, after is assessed the current situation, suggestions for solving the mentioned problems are presented.
