BİLGİSAYAR DESTEĞİ İLE KAM TASARIMI

Özet

Makine parçalarının tasarımlarında bilgisayar destekli tasarım yöntemlerinin kullanılması gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu yöntemlerin kullanılmasıyla tasarım işlemleri daha hızlı, kolay ve hassas yapılabilmektedir.Birçok kullanım alanına sahip olan kam mekanizmalarının geleneksel yöntemlerle tasarımları yapılırken birtakım sorunlarla karşılaşılmaktadır. Geleneksel tasarım yöntemleri tamamen tasarımcının el becerisine bağlı kalmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ise; çıkış uzvu öteleme hareketi yapan kamlar için tasarım programı geliştirilmiştir. Bu program ile; kama ait yol, hız ve ivme grafikleri ile profil görüntüsü bilgisayar desteği ile elde edilmiştir.

Abstract

At the design of the parts of the machines, the use of computer aided design methods is increasing day by day. By the use of these methods, design works can be done more faster, easier and susceptible.It has been faced with some problems while the design of the cam mechanisms that has lots of usage domains has been made whit conventional methods. Conventional design methods completely depend on the skill of the designer. In this paper, a design program has been developed for cams whose exit unit does push movement. By this program, the graphics, image profile and the way, speed and acceleration of cam has been obtained with computer aided.
