İMALAT FİRMALARINDA ÇEVİK ÜRETİMİN ALGILANMA SEVİYESİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Özet

Türkiye’ deki KOBİ’ lerin artan rekabet koşullarında yönetim stratejileri açısından hangi noktada oldukları konusu üzerinde net ve sağlıklı bir araştırmanın yapılması önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışma ile modern üretim sistemlerinden olan çevik üretim sistemlerinin Türkiye’deki KOBİ’ ler tarafından algılanma seviyesinin ne olduğunu tespit etmek amacıyla bir anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Toplanan verilere; toplam çalışan sayısına, sektöre ve faaliyet süresine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek amacıyla hipotez testleri uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda çevik üretim sistemlerinin, imalat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmalar açısından yeni kavramlar olduğu ve bu kavramları benimsemek ve uygulamak için daha çok yol alınması gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır.

Abstract

It is important to make a clear and healthy research on situations of the SMEs in Turkey in terms of management strategies in increasing competitive conditions. In this study, a questionnaire survey is conducted to determine the perception level of agile manufacturing of the SMEs in Turkey. To determine potential differences by total employee number, sector and tenancy, hypothesis tests were applied on collected data. As the result of statistical analysis, agile manufacturing systems are found as new concepts for manufacturing firms and existence of a long way to adopt and to apply concepts of agility and agile manufacturing is revealed.
