MERMER VE TRAVERTEN TOZUNUN AHŞAP ÜST YÜZEY İŞLEMLERİNDE KULLANIMININ PARLAKLIK VE PÜRÜZLÜLÜĞÜNE ETKİSİ

Özet
Bu çalışmada mermer ve traverten tozunun ahşap üst yüzey işlemlerine etkisi parlaklık ve pürüzlülükaçısından incelenmiştir. Ağaç türü olarak ülkemizde doğal olarak yetişen ve geniş kullanım alanı bulunaniğne yapraklı ağaç türlerinden kızılçam (Pinus brutia ten) yapraklı ağaç türlerinden karakavak (Populusnigra L.) seçilmiştir. Üst yüzey işlem malzemesi olarak sentetik vernik, selülozik vernik ve selülozikboya kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada katkı maddesi olarak kullanılan traverten ve mermer tozu sentetik vernik,selülozik vernik ve selülozik boyalardan alınan numunelerin içerisine %0, %2,5, %5 oranlarında ilaveedilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Katkı maddesi ilavesi ile ağaç türü veuygulanan üst yüzey işlemleri için gerek pürüzlülükte gerekse parlaklıkta farklı etki elde edilmiştir.
Abstract
In this study, the effect of marble and travertine dust on the procedure of wooden upper surface isexamined in terms of brightness and roughness. As the type of tree, calabrian pine (Pinus brutia ten), anaturally and domestically growing species of softwood species which have a wide usage area andLombardy poplor (Populus nigra L.) of hardwood species species are chosen, synthetic varnish, cellulasicvarnish and celulosic paint succesively in proportion of 0%, 2,5%, 5%. The data obtained is evaluatedstatistically. It was obtained different effect on both surface roughness and brightness for the addition ofan additive, the type of tree and the wood finishing.
